Regulatory Disclosure & Data Stance

PrimeAlgo is NOT a SEBI-registered advisory entity. As such, we do not operate advisory pools, collect brokerage accounts, manage portfolios, or require access to your Indian demat credentials (like Zerodha, AngelOne, Groww, etc.). We do not collect, process, or store raw financial trades, trade records, or broker access keys. All collected information is exclusively used for authorizing software licenses and digital products.

01. Introduction

At PrimeAlgo, we prioritize the protection of your digital privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, handle, secure, and leverage the basic personal details you offer when procuring our TradingView software, connecting with our automated Telegram bots, or visiting our site.

By interacting with our platform and acquiring our software indicators, you signify your absolute consent to the methodologies defined in this Policy.

02. Information We Collect

We restrict data collection to the minimum details required to deliver, secure, and license our TradingView indicators:

  • Email Address: Captured during checkout to confirm your payment receipt, deliver configuration steps, and supply notifications on version upgrades.
  • TradingView Username: Handed to us via our Telegram activation bot, this is strictly used to whitelist your account so you can view and apply the PrimeAlgo indicators on TradingView charts.
  • Telegram Details: Your unique Telegram user ID and handle, collected to invite and authenticate you into our priority VIP Telegram community and trigger the licensing automation bot.
  • Transaction References: We collect confirmation hashes and transaction receipt codes to log your ₹799 payment. We **never** store or see your raw UPI pins, banking credentials, or full credit card numbers. All checkouts are processed by encrypted payment gateways.

03. How We Leverage Your Information

The data we gather serves the following operational and software-licensing functions:

  • Software Provisioning: Granting your TradingView ID whitelisting rights so our private indicators run smoothly on your charts.
  • Verification & Anti-Piracy: Ensuring your single lifetime license is restricted to a single user and preventing illegal reselling, copying, or licensing fraud.
  • Telegram bot Interactions: Triggering account confirmations and community invites through our automated Telegram systems.
  • Product Upgrades & Notifications: Forwarding emails regarding performance improvements, technical tutorials, and new layout releases.

04. Data Security & Protection

We employ premium security measures to protect your metadata. We use secure databases, SSL/TLS data transfer encryption, and restrict administrative access to license whitelisting tools.

Please note, however, that while we take extreme care of your whitelisting details, no transmission of information over web networks or mobile links is 100% immune to vulnerabilities. We carry no liability for data security compromises occurring beyond our physical servers.

05. Tracking & Cookies

We use simple cookies and web beacons to check site loading speeds, record device screen ratios (allowing our mobile page to adjust perfectly), and prevent double-clicks on checkout buttons.

You have the absolute liberty to disable cookies through your browser settings. However, doing so might block checkout redirection pages from loading your UPI payments cleanly.

06. Third-Party Data Disclosures

We maintain absolute respect for your private details:

We never sell, distribute, lease, barter, or transfer your email, TradingView ID, or Telegram handle to external databases or third-party marketing companies.

Data is only shared in the following extreme scenarios:

  • To comply with regulatory subpoenas or investigations by Indian security regulators or judicial departments.
  • With our secure payment processors, strictly to process and confirm your ₹799 transaction.
