01. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to PrimeAlgo. By accessing our website, purchasing our software tools (including the indicator suite for TradingView), and accessing our Telegram channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms govern your usage of our digital products, software licenses, community assets, and related services. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our site, purchasing our products, or utilizing our indicators.

02. Not SEBI Registered & Non-Advisory

The regulatory stance of PrimeAlgo is transparent and unequivocal:

• We do not analyze your financial goals, risk appetite, or capital constraints to provide custom buy or sell calls.
• Our software indicators are strictly algorithmic data-visualizations based on historical price mathematical calculations (e.g., support, resistance, indicators, trailing trend lines).
• All automated levels, TP (Take Profit) boundaries, and SL (Stop Loss) boundaries plotted on charts are hypothetical reference zones based on past calculations, not immediate financial recommendations.
• Users must consult a licensed and SEBI-registered financial professional prior to deploying any real capital in securities markets, options trading, or commodity trading in India.

03. Absolute Waiver of Liability

By acquiring PrimeAlgo and utilizing our tools, you agree to an absolute waiver of liability:

Stock trading, commodity contracts, option options, and futures contract trading involve a very high leverage factor and risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading strategies, capital management, and technical executions. PrimeAlgo does not manage trades, operate execution bots, or hold custody of funds.

04. Lifetime Software License

Upon payment of the single lifetime fee of ₹799 ONCE, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user, personal license to use the PrimeAlgo indicator suite on the TradingView platform.

This license is strictly for your individual, personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or share accesses to the indicator scripts, guides, activation bot pipelines, or exclusive VIP Telegram alerts.

05. Strict No-Refund Policy

PrimeAlgo distributes non-tangible, digital, irrevocable developer software licenses. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate, instant activation through our automated Telegram activation bot:

All purchases of the ₹799 Lifetime License are final, binding, and strictly non-refundable. We do not offer trial periods, chargeback concessions, or refund periods under any circumstances. Please read all features, check details, and review charts prior to making a payment.

06. Trading Risk Warning

Financial market speculations involve huge risks. Leveraged products like options (Nifty/Bank Nifty options) and MCX commodity contracts can wipe out an account in minutes if risk controls are not enforced:

• No Repainting Guarantees: While our signals are calculated and print in real-time without repainting, technical lag in TradingView charts, data feeds, or your broker's terminal is out of our control.
• No Profit Claims: We make absolute zero claims regarding monthly profitability or win rates. Past performances plotted on historical data are hypothetical and carry no assurances.
• Execution Risk: Signal execution is entirely manual. Slippage, broker terminal errors, platform down-times, and sudden market volatility are risks you accept entirely.

07. User Conduct & Telegram Rules

Our active VIP Telegram community is built on mutual respect and collaborative learning. To retain access to the Telegram resources, you must comply with our community rules:

• No spamming, advertising, or soliciting other members for external services or paid groups.
• No toxicity, abuse, or offensive remarks towards other traders or team members.
• Sharing PrimeAlgo's code, leaks of VIP alerts, or reselling accesses will result in immediate lifetime ban of both the license and community privileges without refund.
